The KMDB-37 is used for the quick and easy connection of a maximum of 37 lines to a 37-pin D-Sub socket. Each individual contact of the 37-pin D-Sub socket placed on the KMDB-37 board is fed directly to a terminal on the 37-pin screw terminal strip. Using the 37 screw terminals, the peripherals can be connected quickly and cleanly in an industrial manner and without soldering. The connection to the 37-pin D-Sub socket of a wasco® PCI or ISA bus card is made either via one of the connecting cables DS37R500DS37, DS37R200DS37 or DS37R100DS37, which are optionally available. The KMDB-37 housing is equipped with foot elements for snapping onto DIN EN mounting rails.
