The PCI bus card for controls OPTOIO-PCI32STANDARD offers 32 digital inputs and 32 digital outputs with galvanic isolation individually for each channel. The potential separation is guaranteed by high quality optocouplers at the inputs and outputs. All input optocouplers are equipped with an integrated Schmitt trigger function. Special, high-performance output optocouplers manage a switching current of max. 150 mA. Each input and output is additionally protected against harmful voltage peaks and impulses by protective diodes. Two different input voltage ranges can be set using easily exchangeable, pluggable resistor arrays. The connection of the periphery to the OPTOIO-PCI32STANDARD is made possible by two 68-pin SCSI-II sockets.The signals of the output optocoupler are available at the SCSI-II socket, which is mounted on the slot bracket of the board. The second SCSI-II socket, placed directly on the circuit board, is used for the connections of the input optocoupler. A connector routing set, available as an option, enables the signals to be routed to an additional SCSI-II socket with a slot bracket.
