The OPTOIO-PCIe32ULTRA (board name: WASCO-PCIe8132) offers 32 digital inputs and 32 digital outputs with galvanic isolation for each individual channel. The potential separation guarantees high quality optocouplers at the inputs and outputs. Special, high-performance output optocouplers can handle a switching current of up to 150 mA. Each input and output is additionally protected against harmful voltage peaks and impulses by protective diodes. Two different input voltage ranges can be set using jumper blocks. A programmable filter can be assigned to each input in order to mask out input pulses below an adjustable pulse duration. In addition to the galvanically isolated I / Os, several counters, output compare units (e.g. PWM) and input capture units (e.g. period measurement) are available.Interrupt triggers are possible through all optocoupler inputs, counters and IC units as well as time-dependent through two 32-bit timers.
